I'll take that as a complement but can't be too smug, Scotland and the North East specifically isn't exactly perfect. Still too much poverty and inequality, not sure that bloody brexit is going to do anything to improve that situation :(

No. There's a certain irony in the talk in this thread of considering moving from one country which is Brexiting due to small-minded nationalists to another country which is run by...

Funny, but small minded nationalism is not the way a lot of "Scotch" now see independence.

It's all about self determination and getting away from the self destructive UK Gov.
