That photo was taken immediately after brewing just for the sake of a photo. Because the V60 cone doesn't allow any heat to escape whatsoever, it created some condensation. It disappeared and didn't re-appear after I swirled the coffee around. Didn't explain that very well and the photo certainly didn't help!
