Finally i take the plunge and set the gear by myself and i it was surprisingly easy with a couple of youtube videos. it shift up and down the cassette quite freely. i had a first ride around the neighborhood and it soooo good. on my bathroom scale it's 8kg on the dot . brake hose need a trim and to be routed inside the fork but i'll leave that to a real bike mechanic. It's incredible that this is my first geared bike build and everything fit in so easily without any hiccups
