  • Apologies if this should be in a Jeggings thread.

I'm after a nice pair of slim (ish) fit jeans with a bit of stretch in them. I have short legs, big calves and a smallish waist (30 sometimes 28). Something decent quality not made in a sweat shop would be nice. I don't want them tight on my legs but slim generally looks best on me and I'd like the stretch for movement/comfort.

It's been a while since I bought any jeans but from memory Nudie were all too tight, Levi's/Edwin have never fitted me very well and my Pherrows raw denim were too stiff/tight. Finisterre look like they have some nice cuts but all out of stock in my size.

    Any suggestions?

  • These are bang on but yeah, £300 from SOAS is a bit rich. EDIT: just seen Denimio do free worldwide shipping, i'll put them on the list.

Also what's the consensus with rolling up black denim? I find a roll up often tapers jeans nicely under my calves but with trad indigo selvedge denim it also serves to visually shorten the my already stumpy legs. Black denim tends to work better as the inner matches the outer but i'm not sure if from a denim perspective looks shit?
