The neon indicators aren't very reliable. I wouldn't read too much into it not being on. Can you test with a multimeter?

You'd need to fault find on it, get a professional although is it under warranty if so call glow worm and get them out.
And i wouldnt just jump to a PCB off the start either as that'll be pricey.

First step has to be checking the continuity on the 13amp fuse in that spur. Then replace if it's not working. If it had blown you would have to ask yourself why.

Ugh. Boiler. Glow Worm Ultimate 30c.
Gas supply fine to our hob. Electrics fine downstairs and nothing tripped on consumer unit.
Small spur with light underneath boiler. No light visible on it.
No text display on boiler, reset buttons, power on/off on the spur does nothing, no hot water/heating.
Was raining heavily today and heating worked fine until this eve when we tried to use hot water.
Fuse gone on spur if light not showing?
PCB? Other?
