PIR insulation on a single skin wall: terrible idea? Yeah I know, let the wall breathe, lime plaster yadda yadda. 2 exterior walls, one will be getting new silicon based render and guttering on the outside in Jan, the other has decent condition concrete render. No signs of damp other than where the gutter/render are fucked. 1st floor bedroom that's fucking arctic at the moment. Ceiling will be getting re-done. Just unsure about how far to take the walls. Tbh if it's not insulated it'll probably just end being a skim of gypsum. Will probably be in the house another 5 years so just plaster and whack the heating up?
