  • It’s highly unlikely the local AD will replace or refund a watch bought elsewhere .
    David Duggan is your only chance of that happening.
    But if we had a watch back twice in two months I would exchange it if that’s what the client wanted.

  • As in, if I bought it at your place or just took it back for service but bought elsewhere?

    I mean I’d rather not go to London. I’ve been told “it’s all the same”, so you can take it wherever is closest but not sure if they can deal with the exchange part and then sort it out with Tudor themselves?
    Anyway... I’ll see what they say when I call them sometime this week.

    Except it may be different companies and therefore a loss on the new ADs books.

    And even within companies, different locations means different books.

  • If the watch was bought from me . We tend to try and avoid taking in watches under warranty bought somewhere else , nobody wants to inherit somebody else’s problem for no money .
