It’s highly unlikely the local AD will replace or refund a watch bought elsewhere .
David Duggan is your only chance of that happening.
But if we had a watch back twice in two months I would exchange it if that’s what the client wanted.

As in, if I bought it at your place or just took it back for service but bought elsewhere?
I mean I’d rather not go to London. I’ve been told “it’s all the same”, so you can take it wherever is closest but not sure if they can deal with the exchange part and then sort it out with Tudor themselves?
Anyway... I’ll see what they say when I call them sometime this week.

Purchased in London at David Duggan but now I’m dealing with it locally in the Chichester AD.
@leggy_blonde it still has stickers on. I’ve worn it maybe for 1h total (had it nearly 2 months).
