Our architect is a twat.
Just charged us £1000 to go to planning and all he did was to tweak some plans from an earlier stage in the process and fill out a tick box form and we have to pay the £230 application fee..
He must be on £500 an hour.
Can builders quote off planning drawings or do we have to (I’m not going to) pay said architect to do technical drawings?
