low expansion foam
This stuff is called Insta-stick, I heard a few trade guys talking about it so I used it in one of our rooms to fix plasterboard (as opposed to traditional dot-and-dab adhesive) and I’ve got to say I was impressed. Had to buy the gun and solvent for flushing it out but worth it, less faff and time saved.

They use a low expansion foam for and apply it with a gun. Reading up on it it seems to be the choice of pros rather than glue.
Just wondering if anyone has any direct experience.
