If you are looking for a replacement for the on-one crank i bought this: https://it.aliexpress.com/item/32700975019.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d8vfSo0 it's a different size from the shimano ones and i straggled a bit to find the right replacement

I just "estimated" the pre-load by leaning the bike on the ground with the drive side down to push the axle through, and held the non-drive crank on firmly. I think I erred on the side of going too tight so that it was less likely to come off half a dozen times before I got home!

Thanks, will try that if Shimano one doesn't fit

If anyone is aiming to get rid of a small, Iām looking for a bike to fit a 160cm tall rider.

Shimano one doesn't fit so I've ordered this.

Does anyone knows when the On One bikes and frames are normally being discounted? I remember Inbreds being super cheap at some point and I'm considering buying a Big Dog now

My seat clamp won't quite tighten enough. It's an old identiti one. Post gradually reducing.
Needs to hold a canti hanger centrally. Any recommendations here?
Edit: also after some current non-racey cx tyre reccomends, my cx comps died but owed me nothing. Go for same again or different?

I recently grab a Pomp frame size L which i combined with the Squid So-EZ fork .
As we are confined again in France, I plan to paint this frameset in a Watermelon vibe to make it the perfect refreshment for the spring to come .
As you see it here, paired with tubeless tires and random parts, just to feel the spirit .

Picked up a Pelago rack. Need to sort cables, slack chain & clean the bike.
Edit: still after seat clamp & tyre recommends. Ta.

Would anyone be potentially interested in a trade: your XL Pomp for my L Pomp? Frameset only or full build, don't mind.

This thread was a massive help building up my Pomp over the summer, felt like I should finally join and share my build. only 2 months in and nearly 1,000 km, including a weekend tour.

I'm no tire snob and usually just run whatever CX/touring option is on offer. (Rubino, Continental Contact, Conti Ride Tour for the winter, ThickSlick, Conti SpeedRide, Gatorskin, etc... are all fine imo)
But at full-price the Donnelly x'plor USH is easily my favourite. -

- TRP Spyre C

Looking good. Did you remove the decals yourself or just have the whole frame blasted?
Jesus that steerer, seems kind of ridiculous. No one is ever going to need that much and just makes it more of a faff to ship.
Good luck. I recall now the old pomps did come standard with an on one external track crank - they don't exist anymore, but you could ping planet x an email to see if they remember the size too.
As a bodge, I've used a diy clamp thing to provide an approximate level of bearing preload, and then just done the pinch bolts up good and tight.
I don't think the big bolt is ever intended to provide resistance to a crank falling off, as the plastic one will fail pretty quick.
