Frame is a Blue V2 that was blasted and clear coated by Aurum finishing.
Forks are near mint – built for a 26" tourer or Xc frame and I imagine they were never installed by the owner. Picked up for a pretty modest price on the bay.
Just enough room to clear 700c @ 38-40mm tyre – not as much as I expected, but the paint is really very nice ...
If I get on with this will get the Surly rear hub built onto a matching rim.

Looking good. Did you remove the decals yourself or just have the whole frame blasted?
Jesus that steerer, seems kind of ridiculous. No one is ever going to need that much and just makes it more of a faff to ship.
