is there an approved porteur or demi porteur rack for a bike with mid blade fork mounts and a single hole in the fork crown? have found some from velo orange etc. but they all have very low weight limits. i guess that is probably fine but wondered if there was a better option.

would love that frame

Mid blade mounts will always have a pretty low weight limit because you're cantilevering the stuff.
Dropout mounts tend to have higher limits.

Rack time top-it has a rating of 10 kg and their stuff is quite nice (Racktime is basically the budget branch of Tubus as far as I know).

Are those dynamo lights? If so - how on earth did you get it all looking so neat.
My Day One (same paint scheme) just looks like a complete dogs dinner.

If you're using Schmidt Co-Ax, it's the same diameter as Shimano ETube, which means you can use the stick-on Di2 guides for dynamo routing.

Sometimes, Blug needs someone there to slap the wrench out of their hand and tell them "no"
Well I find it a great bike for any occasion. My old hardtail mtbike donated most of the parts, so pretty cheap to be honest (just the frame, mudguards and tyres at cost).
