If you've got $10k worth of specialist woodwork equipment in a dedicated workshop there are tons of great youtube videos that will show you how with just $100 of wood.

I'd use the design from YT nerd and general weird genius matthias wandel
it's designed for minimal tools. you don't even need the circ saw if you're careful with a hand saw
it's not the same level of insanely heavy sturdy that lots of people build, but it's the best beginner design ive come across

I'd like to build a workbench for my garage. Relative noob to anything made from wood that has to be more than just basically functional, are there any good plans around?
