Gazelle? Does anyone know anything about them?

Amazing picture. Appears to be a mix of shimano (levers, crank?) and a campa rear derailleur. Could be wrong though.
Edit: fork crown is unusual (looks like a zeus), perhaps it's a cross trophy? Champion Mondial used to have more clearance:
