Ummm... Sometimes yes. All good and well being altruistic but sometimes you do. If it's a charity giving to the needy and you suspect something, yes. If you give something to someone that could've gone to someone moee in need are you wrong asking questions?

Never heard that before, it should be "give people bikes who can't afford them as an alternative to reduced public transport"

"No, don't give them the good ones, they don't deserve those..."
