Few, I would have thought, but maybe it'll work beautifully?! Expanding foam isn't a specialist adhesive is it, I thought a glue type of thing would be more usual. Also they'd have to be held in place from the front along their entire length while it dries to stop them pushing out at all sorts of angles, and then leaky excess trimmed off when it's dry?
I am not a skirting board fitter.
