I put these straight in the soil given the right conditions they grow and route pretty well

I might switch them into soil then.

Could offer you a leaf that might or might not turn into a plant for your band plant? Or I could let you know after Xmas how they do and we could swap? I know you are not looking for money but plant swaps are fun!
