Looks crisp!
Love the details.

It would be sad to leave the project in this state no?
I’ll document the project on my Instagram and will try start and maintain a build thread here. Pics and feedback will be plentiful.
And by the way, can you believe how well it has turned out?!

My two cents says that it turned out really nice. Spacers or not, you'll be hard stressed to pass any commuters with a nicer bike in my guess

I also found this in my camera. Photo is taken with a much less nice lens but still it is something...

I’m planning on calling it just that: the “All Road Rando”
Nickname “xino xano” Catalan for “slowly but surely” - a good mantra I’ve used for a couple of years when climbing steep endless mountains, faced stiff headwind or just mounting fatigue.
I believe this bike will see quite some of that action over the coming years.
This frame is simply amazing - well done Mads!

Love this. Very nice build :)

Turned out absolutely fantastic. @Aderklint make sure to post some build pics somewhere around here, wanna see this built up!

Don't know why it sticks out to me, but that seat post looks particularly rad on this.

It is actually a tiny bit too short for me on this frame, so I might find a different bike for it

I am building my mate a daily hybrid dad bike (forgot if I posted here).
A decent Trek alu touring frame with the best from the parts bin and the best cheap 10sp stuff he could afford. I really like this best value type builds. Makes do much sense to put in the effort and find cheap nice parts for a friend who'll treasure the ride daily for a long time to come.

Not everything in these photos are final. I just realized that the BB shell is 73mm so I am going for an old Deore chainset and a UN 55 BB instead. But that will just look better imo.
Headset will be replaced with a Woodman and the saddle with a WTB Volt.
I'll probably build a rack for it as well if I can find the time.

It's quite rewarding.
In the fancy department we are working on setting up the new carbon hoops tubeless. Dodgy seller made that hard for me by selling me some shite tyres. I am sorting them out slowly tho.
