Novatec d711sb apparently have a 20h version, can only find Ali express links to buy with a quick look, looks to be easy enough to convert. Otherwise I might be able to get one from a distributor, need to order some spokes and stuff off them Monday so let me know if you want to check, would probs mean buying the QR version and conversion stuff if they have stock, their parts list only says 15mm endcaps but they may have 12mm, would be about £45 if you want to roll into town and pick up from Harry Hall's.
