Not seen such a thing. Wheelsmith had some 20H QR, but they would be hard work to convert to 12mm, see the chat at https://www.lfgss.com/comments/15302349/incontext/ et seq
Since they a. think 20H is a good idea and b. were flogging off their stock, it's possible that they might source a 20H hub for modern forks, it appears to be a pretty generic Taiwanese hub with custom drilling.

as Hope don't seem to do one, who makes a 20h disc thru axle (12mm) front hub? it's for cross, so would need to be fairly robust and / or serviceable
