Apparently Covid overtook Heart Disease as the number 1 cause of death in the USA this week.
Average daily deaths feom heart disease are 1800. Recent daily covid deaths have been over 2.5k.
Im posting this here and not in the Covid thread because the current administration is basically doing fuck all about it. Sadly this terrible public health situation is heavily political
