The place is one street back, on the same side as the road and even the same house number as @chrisbmx116 so we're basically going to mirror his life in a not at all stalky way :)
Except I don't think we'll be able to afford Eckford Chong given the figure we had to go to :(
I think my one pro tip for buying in a desirable bit of Walthamstow is if you really want a place offer just enough to make yourself feel physically sick and it's probably in about the right ballpark...
