Congrats on move to Norn Iron T4. Your gaf is 3x the size of our flat. We need to trade up at some point. Understand the appeal of the seaside alright. I did glance at Margate places in the early lockdown but still too enamoured with Ldn. Culture (eventually, again, hopefully). Hearing way more "we're leaving" stories these days although I think that just comes with age anyway.
