what has the response from dhl been?
He claimed to have delivered it on the Wednesday, ask DHL to provide you with the proof of delivery from the Wednesday. Surely a photo of a door without the package being in the photo isn't enough proof.
It should really be YT chasing up DHL, it's YT that have the contract with DHL.
I'd be trying to get the chargeback via credit card done asap...

The DHL delivery driver has, rather than scanning the YT Dirt Love back into the warehouse so that it can be returned to YT in Germany, stolen it. Presumably because he told the system that he'd delivered it on the Wednesday when he just turned up, took a photo of the door and fucked off, so he can't now admit that he actually tried to deliver it on the Friday and my girlfriend made him take it back.
I don't know what I can do now.
