Another price drop. Realising this may be overpriced! Very happy to look at sensible offers, get in touch if you like the frame...
Edit: updated geometry in OP. I measured the ‘effective’ st from bb to a horizontal line from the top of the head tube as about 53cm, making this frame roughly equivalent to 53cm square. 57cm st is a bit misleading I think.
