Made a walnut backed notebook - not great, may need access to a laser cutter or sharper drill bit

I bought one of the chopping boards and it's gorgeous ( as gorgeous as a chopping board can be) I'm going to buy another one just because I like nice things

Branding iron (brass) bought off Etsy. Just heat up with a torch. You should look at getting one for you leather goods!

Also made these for a bit of fun - £10 each. Made from tulip wood - bit rough and ready but people love them

Walnut board is beautiful and pleasingly weighty - much too nice to use of course.

Agreed, I think the people who have bought them so far have used them more as a serving board.

How much would a cheese board type thingy be?
-
• #22
Depends on the timber choice but they are generally cheaper than the cutting boards as I make them 25mm rather than 35mm thick.
The other half to the one above is going to be used as a cheese board.
Let me know if you want to order one -

Received my chopping board and wine thingamajig order yesterday, super chuffed with it all. The board is a chunky thing of beauty, thought about using it as a serving board but in the end I took the plunge and decided to use it as intended. Great comms from @pryally throughout, highly recommended!

I’ve been doing some more woodworking therapy to keep the blues away. I still have some custom made cutting boards and also made some coasters and wine/glass holders.
Made with various types of timber - my favourite being the reclaimed teak, maple and ebony.
Or happy to make to your designs within reason.
