Does look a bit off. You got them for free from Alex via a listing only offering free tyres. You don't need them, so forum etiquette would suggest you pay that favour forward by offering them for free again.
That's before we get into the fact these are bottom of the range wired tyres that have seen not inconsiderable use already and £15 would be steep regardless.
Perhaps you weren't 'scavenging' for free stuff, but this is not a good look.
