They are nice, and pretty much my size.
I better be careful, as I'm going up to Manchester soon.
Here's a nice, but over-priced Sandy Gilchrist:

The Manchester seller also looks like they may have a Mal Rees Ramales for sale , One picture features in a listing for an electric bike https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/284099298480

very similar, what are those cranks? Early PM ones?

Looks like Rotor RCK
Before they started doing oval rings, they made these where the angle between the left and right crank arms change throughout the rotation to try and eliminate the dead spot
-
• #63660
haha i love that they went for a hugely over engineered solution and then thought....oh oval rings yeah...

Not unlike this:
http://pardo.net/bike/pic/mobi/d.interdrive-crank/000.html?fbclid=IwAR3N8ndpox1I-cD7PbqkHvwrtHEiQ9kSUWs48MBPDvGIE5_UZX85fmbrv6wOr even this current design: https://www.ochain.bike/technical-support-page?fbclid=IwAR2sB_jgxgjjuSsXPpJM52GP7oERdPee46h9u7Kvb-vR4mx4v08CO8Ojjn4
The correct engineering term for all these type of cranks is, of course, “bollocks”.
