Hey bois 'n' gurls, plz halp... I've been trying to recover some dashcam footage from an SD card... Someone has deleted the files from the camera and then ditched the SD card, I've managed to unerase all the files and recover lots of the footage back but typically the stuff I really, really want isn't playing nice... Any tips? e.g. Can you force open the files in Premiere Pro much like you would an image file in PhotoShop? Thanks folks! I'm not filth... ;)

What are the files? If you just want to open them quickly try opening them with VLC player there's hardly anything it won't play.

They're .MOV files, I guess some must be corrupted cuz they won't even open in VLC, couldn't even import them into Premiere... Thanks for the tip... 🙃
