Some good friends of mine moved out there to buy after being priced out of bits of Essex closer into London. They like their street and immediate neighbours but they find the seaside a bit much, particularly in the summer. Traffic is terrible and it’s less walkable that you would think. They don’t have kids yet but I don’t think they are that excited about the schools.
