Lovely colour .is that 127 or 130 rear spacing.

120mm rear spacing - I think the frame is pretty old, probably early '70s and not a race frame so would have originally had a 5 speed freewheel. It will easily spring out to accommodate a 6 speed/126mm or I could cold set it to 126mm if you wanted

What is the measurement of the top tube ctc? Was this made for 27" wheels? Where are you located?

Was going to list on Ebay but that will inevitably involve the mention of 'Eroica' and I'm not sure I can bring myself to do it.
I rate this comment so highly.
Another enquiry re: top tube length. In case I want to expand my collection of bikes made by people called ‘Dave’. Which is a strong reason buy this.

57cm CTC top tube
'Made by Dave' is a better reason than most of my purchases -

700c wheels, 57cm CTC top tube and I'm in Bedfordshire
Dave Russell frame and forks. Pretty tidy considering age and a gorgeous kingfisher candy colour but not quite good enough for me to build up - I don't generally do patina (or mudguard stays). No dents, just chips and scratches.
56 CTC seat tube, Campag dropouts and nice cabling arrangement - exposed inner cable along top tube. No tubing id but would assume 531 (takes 27.2mm post)
I'm running out of space and I don't think I'll ever do anything with this so need to move it on. Was going to list on Ebay but that will inevitably involve the mention of 'Eroica' and I'm not sure I can bring myself to do it.
