Builders arrived this morning to start to fix the cracks caused by subsidence in turn caused by a big tree.
The kitchen extension cracking isn't helped by the two walls never being tied together. Slack builders 30 years ago.
Apparently we have some damp coming up a wall/corner. Possibly related to the damp proof course that has been affected by the subsidence and so is going to be at least partly addressed by the work they are doing.
Owning a house sucks.
