Republican shenanigans with Iran helped stop Carter getting a second term, would be spicey AF if what's going on now was used to delay the Biden inauguration.

I imagine they would neither confirm nor deny it, in the traditional spook manner. "We do not comment on operational matters" etc.

One could argue that's because there isn't much difference between the two parties
Was it Noam Chomsky who said dems and repubs are both just branches of the same ‘Business Party’? They might differ on a few things like gun rights and abortion, but for the most part they all put business first.
Interesting to read today that Pence, Netanyahu and the Saudi Prince met up this weekend to discuss Iran.

Trump campaign stumps up $3,000,000 for a recount in Wisconsin counties.
It finds that Joe Biden has net more votes than previously.
Hahaha.

"In particular Trump’s comments have spurred conspiracy theories that the state’s electoral system is rigged and prompted some of his supporters to make calls for a boycott of the coming vote – something that local Georgia Republicans desperately do not want."
The gift that keeps on giving!

Yep, how many GOP viewers will be doing mail in votes for the senate run offs? Which are in winter. When the weather sucks, so on the day turnout is lower.
What a fucking chump.

One of the things I am finding most imteresting are the Trump fans who are still posting "evidence" of fraud that is so thoroughly debunked you can only assume that they have just enough cognitive ability to breath and blink at the same time and nothing else.
So many people posting screenshots of erroneous court filings that have already been laughed out of court for using data from the wrong states for example. Or screenshots of tweets that were written using data from the primaries and not the main election. And when somebody points them towards a Reuters article explaining why this "evidence" is false they just dismisss Reuters as a liberal conspiracy agency.
There are some really fucked up people in this world. More than I realised.

Yeah it’s rough.
I realised this when someone told me IKEA is the worlds largest art dealer.

Look on the bright side though. The company which makes the most tyres annually in the world is LEGO.

Sad reality is that many Americans share articles based on the headline alone - most times the content of the article isn't even read, much less investigated by the people sharing it.

This is a good thing, they commission art and pay artists. Someone can have something nice in their place that doesn't cost £30K or whatever. Fuck the bougie art dealer BS dying ember of Western imperialist capitalism. Eat the rich.

Most art now days I believe is bought to launder money. They're willing to pay top dollar, in fact over the dollar, to clean their illicit funds. This inherently pushes up the 'value' of said art. Where people are willing to pay millions for a watch or a painting because they can later sell it.
I don't think it's too early to rule out The Women's Institute.
