Got it, thanks. Read the current guidelines which I understand as:
Therefore I'm ok to ride out for my daily bread from where I live (Sidcup) into Kent without breaking either the spirit or the letter of the law.
Got confused by a bunch of Strava titles on my feed alluding to 'last ride of 2020', 'see you later, Kent' etc
