Does your e63 have floating hubs/discs? If so watch out for wheel refurbs causing brake judder....
My s213 went back under warranty 4 times for new discs and pads (and hubs) before they properly inspected the wheels and found slight overspray on the face of the wheel - just enough to cause it not to sit perfectly straight. Thankfully MB paid for a new set of front wheels as they had refurbished it before selling it to me.
