This was always going to be the case. Fuck, even when I sold my Astra and I was worried it wasn't going to sell for £500 (lol), the guy said that it was the first car he'd seen that had actually been looked after/had any kind of service history.

Yes, it started as a maintenance thread and ended up being an ownership story, which funnily enough featured a lot of maintenance. I should probably have asked to have it moved to the project thread area, but left it in the maintenance section.
The advantage is that the buyer could read a log of everything I’ve done, issues I have had etc, and then when he came over today could see the effort that has gone into it.
