Looks good in the flesh, I like the shade of blue. How does the internal bezel operate, pull to engage or screw down?
@jaybee Nice Sinn, guess the red hand is a limited edition..? I have the same silicon band and very nearly tossed it up when cutting so my advice is go in small increments. Also I’ll be honest and say I didn’t gel with the thickness of the band relative to the size of the watch and went back to the bracelet which is well worth owning.

It's screw down. Engages nicely. Not sure how much I'll use it though it sure looks pretty 😂

Are the screwdowns smooth to operate? Charlie Fowler asked for feedback on the model 1 and I noticed the crown tube was a bit rough and unlubed. He said he'd fix it for the 2.

The usual for me.
I wasn't until I saw the strap 😂

It's not as smooth as the screw down on my Sinn but it's fine IMO.

Meant in a 'mate' style rather than 60yr old Yorkshireman

Was only pulling your leg 😁

Thanks! I’m not sure if it’s a limited edition, but I didn’t want the standard model with numerals and thought the date window didn’t really work on it. The red second hand makes it a bit less plain, but still minimal.
I will be very careful with the band! It does seem large, esp the clasp which is a big chunk of metal, although it’s beautifully made. I’ve already scratched the clasp, I like to get my wear and tear in early.....
My Tudor is a bigger watch but has a much less obtrusive silicon band. I’ll see how the Sinn feels when I’ve cut the band down and will put some pics up.

I didn’t realise they make so many iterations of the 556 now, interesting. It’s super versatile though and my go-to waterproof watch so it tends to live on a Barton silicon or the bracelet although I reckon it would work well on a black horween leather too. Enjoy it, congrats.

I love that Oris, the crown didn’t dig in the wrist that much?

I have a soft spot for it, i wear it the most by a long way. No, I never notice the crown when wearing it.

That looks really, really good. Is this with an ETA 2824 movement?

Very photogenic. Yep it has an ETA.

41 or 36mm?
It's on top of my affordable daily luxury watch list. -

36mm on 15-16cm wrist.

Looks lovely; what's the strap?

Same here, not exactly made for 45mm watches.
Looks so good, now I am tempted again!
Don't hesitate to spam the thread with pictures, and let me know if you want to sell. -

Honestly think this is bang on right down to the bracelet (19mm I think?)
