Further to this: Our winter humidity goes up, but our INDOOR humidity plummets due the huge difference in temps from outdoors to inside, as much as 60ยบ C come January. Our forced air system turns our house into a desert come winter.

Increase. 6 days ago 35% humidity at 8am, 1 day ago 72%. Makes sense, the way my grounds are clumping together when I transfer them from grinder to basket would indicate that the grounds are full of moisture.
