  • I think you'd actually be surprised. Being from Belgium, I had never heard of something like it. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist there, but in the UK people are often talking about it (at least by the English people I know), it gets mentioned in probably 60% of QI episodes etc. So yes, a very British thing IMO

    Read that thinking you were talking about Felixstowe and it got weirder and weirder....

  • The rest of the world uses a layby for changing wheels, waiting for recovery trucks, etc... Whereas the British know that the proper uses are dogging, leaving coke bottles full of piss and fly-tipping...
