Would it be breaking the law if my sister in-law who live in Saudi with her husband and 2 kids, flew over and stayed with us over Christmas, apart from then breaking the rule of 6.
Asking for another family member, who believes that because this is where they stay when they do come back, its fine..
My personal opinion is that they shouldn't apart from the rule of 6 being broken, tier 2 aren't allowed to have people stay who don't live in the house.
