Maybe warm it up in hot water? Should make the rubber a bit more pliable.

It’s been at half an armadillo for a week. I can’t go any further
If the lube isn't dripping off the ceiling, you're not using enough.

Finally got this sorted, just in time for Epping to turn to mud soup. Have a bouncy fork for it, but it needs servicing and I think I might just see out winter on the rigid. Brand X dropper next on the shopping list.
Bloody i-spec shifter almost rattled free on the first ride, not sure if I just hadn’t tightened it properly or I installed it back to front. Or both.

New project: race bike on a bargain, in stealth mode.
Picture featuring our fire damaged living room. Kids, never leave shitty appliances on charge unattended, and this is your reminder to check that your smoke alarm works :)
Based on Radial Revere 1.1 carbon frame, r8050 di2 Ultegra, P2M powermeter. Wheels on pic are wide 50mm Planet X clinchers that I've literally found on the street near Crystal Palace. Knocked in to the house to double check its not a mistake, and they assured me that "the rear spoke is broken" so I can take it. £4 and a few spare DT Revolution's later i've got a great training wheel.
Goal weight with tubs is sub 7kg, but to achieve that I'll have to swap my Rival cranks to Force (or praxis, that also goes with my p2m spyder), and be clever with the finishing kit (noname stem and specialized handlebar just for pic).

What was the shitty appliance? And amazing score on the wheels, hard to believe some people are so lazy/clueless.

Actually just did this because I can’t remember the last time I checked it. Thanks for the reminder :)

can anyone help me find thin silverwalled headset spacers for 1 1/8 I've got nitto bullmoose bars and normal spacers are wider walled and so protrude

Ping @gbj_tester

If ^ those don’t match the finish ... Nitto made spacers that’ll match. Perhaps ask Hubjub or Freshtripe?
Rene Herse sell something similar.

Highly recommended

Somebody on here is already using my spacers with a Nitto Bullmoose, you could ask to see their set up if you're very fussy

Tester or Ultraturn (on eBay), just specify the OD you want
Whatever happens post a video.
