They used to(and poss still do) have a phone number on the carton inviting you to chat, ‘the banana phone’. We were deep in the session back at uni when my mate who was sailing on acid decided to give them a call to show appreciation. Ended up on speakerphone with the whole office waxing lyrical and discussing the universe for well over an hour.
I like to think he made their day.
