^ What he said. I'm a hopeless mechanic so just took new bars/stem to the shop, they told me it needed to be taken apart to fit (even had to remove the BB). It's a hydro 105 version, but I told them to hold off and I'll hopefully save a few more pennies for di2 - can swap it to that next spring/summer.
