So giving pardons to someone who might incriminate you in something is a step even Nixon wouldn’t take and even Bill Barr admitted doing that is a crime in his confirmation hearing.

And the technicalities of what Flynn has to admit to in order to get his pardon and the wording of the pardon itself could be a problem for DJT because Flynn may not be aware himself of all the criminalling he is exposed to. His lawyer was Sidney Powell.

One of the witnesses has his name spelled differently three times and there are just random quotation marks scattered throughout so you can’t tell what anyone is supposed to have stated. Not clear if its even been filed
