We have some subsidence and the insurance company had Geobear round to have a look. They took some samples of our soil/clay and apparently it wasn't suitable but it might have just been too expensive.
Our movement is minor though so doesn't actually need underpinning. Builders are due on Monday to start and should be finished in 2 weeks.
Has anyone got experience of using Geobear or Mainmark or any other of the expanding resin type subsistence solutions companies? Interested in getting a bit more info than the shiny vs underpinning snippets
