If you haven’t received a formal ground rent demand I don’t think there’s an issue. I’ll leave it to a lawyer to confirm.
It seems to be the only thing that the buyer's solicitor is waiting for. Freeholder has just pawned it back on to the unresponsive solicitor again. FML. Might just bury 200 notes in the garden and declare it paid.
Can you give the buyer the £200 to cover it in case it is asked for?
