The main problem is the seatposts and cable routing, AFAICT. If everyone could accept an aero seatpost standard and didn’t muck around with the stem-spacer-steerer-headtube area, I’d be tempted by a modern superbike. But as they are, I can’t see any of the brands keeping all the bits and pieces in production long once the new models come out. They’re turning into cars.

I have a 2020 Supersix (similar to the above) and definitely didn't appreciate how seemingly EVERYTHING is integrated/internally routed and mostly proprietary to Cannondale - looks like servicing it is going to be a bitch. So your decision may be a wise one!
