It’s a cyclocross frame so a road fork will do weird shit to the bb height and head angle.

Old Easton CX fork would be a goer too.
Trouble is all the modern stuff is tapered.

This one i 1 1/8, but the frame is 1' right?
-
• #13461
it seems like it is 1 inch sorry, mine are 1 1/8th too
-
• #13462
No problem , tks anyway

The main problem is the seatposts and cable routing, AFAICT. If everyone could accept an aero seatpost standard and didn’t muck around with the stem-spacer-steerer-headtube area, I’d be tempted by a modern superbike. But as they are, I can’t see any of the brands keeping all the bits and pieces in production long once the new models come out. They’re turning into cars.

Found this
Is nota tappered, is there any trick i can use to fit this in the frame?

• #13465
This one i 1 1/8, but the frame is 1' right?
Really? Fuck me. Proper wild goose chase. In the bin with it.

looks alright to me !

• #13467
Can i use that non tappered fork?
Will need a new headset? -
• #13468
what do you mean ?
if your frame is a 1 inch headtube with a working headset, those 1 inch forks should work -
• #13469
My mistake, was thinking in one thing, and written another,
The fork that is now in the frame, is a threaded one, the one that i'v shown in the link is non-threaded.
In order to use the last one in that frame, i will need a new headset, is that correct? -
• #13470
yes i believe so

Where exactly is the issue with servicing the all-internal-cabled bike sorry? Considering most of these are electronic or even wireless (Shimano is going wireless too afaik), and I have never had to disassemble any hydraulic brakes just yet on any of my bikes?
Genuine interest and not taking a piss as I said to myself the only bike I'm upgrading my old Cannondales to is a disc-wireless-fully-integrated 21st century bike. -
• #13472
You only need to disconnect the hydros and the Di2 stuff, take it out, then route it trough the new handlebar. A pain, but not as bad as routing the whole thing.

You won’t find an issue with Wireless as much but let’s say you need to swap your stock bar for 20mm wider. A once 30min job becomes a 90min job (or an evening job if you are the heavy handed type) with some predictable swearing whilst routing your cables back through the stem and bar. If you end up with a mechanical bike (many manufacturers are still offering mechanical groups on completes) then even a mundane gear inner and outer change can become a worst nightmare to a would be home mechanic

^ What he said. I'm a hopeless mechanic so just took new bars/stem to the shop, they told me it needed to be taken apart to fit (even had to remove the BB). It's a hydro 105 version, but I told them to hold off and I'll hopefully save a few more pennies for di2 - can swap it to that next spring/summer.

Ah okay, I'm with you guys. I was assuming if it's all set up right from the start, then what's the issues. In your scenarios this makes perfect sense and does indeed sound involving, to say the least.
On the same note seeing how much hate the 2020 Supersix is getting I'm quite digging it if not loving. Would love one with some wide-and-deep carbons w full hydro etap. But my cycling is light years away from being able to say that I need one. Neither can I justify spending 3-4k on something that won't be used to its full potential. Definitely it's more of a want than need lol.
Saying this I can't see bikes being revolutionized any further beyond all-internal disc-wireless-12s, say, supersix? What's there for us next? Can't think of nothing.
P.s. I did hate those cables ever since the beginning.
I have a 2020 Supersix (similar to the above) and definitely didn't appreciate how seemingly EVERYTHING is integrated/internally routed and mostly proprietary to Cannondale - looks like servicing it is going to be a bitch. So your decision may be a wise one!
