Got a fine from Hermes for £10, saying my parcel was over their limit (size and weight).
Paid it as I didn’t want to delay the delivery, but I knew it wasn’t too big. When it arrived the recipient weighed it and and it was 5kg under the limit.. what gives? Wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if it’s worth complaining? (subjectively, as it’s £10.. but double what I paid initially).
Reminded me why I never use Hermes anyway..
